Instructor - Functional Strength, Higher Intensity Interval Training


Charlene Wharton started her fitness career at Simon Fraser University in the late 1980’s and has taught in various gyms, studios and community centers across Canada and Australia. Although she’s taught all styles of fitness classes, including Step, Hi/Lo, Tae Bo, Aquafitness and Boxerfit, her passion is leading participants thru a functional strength training class.
