After an interesting and diverse career path, Christine returned to a long-held interest in yoga, completing her 500hr teacher training in 2015. Since 2014, she has taught a range of yoga classes, always with a focus on safety and caring. For Christine, yoga has felt like coming home - connecting body and mind in a beautiful and powerful way. Christine enjoys building physical strength and flexibility and more importantly encouraging others to do the same. She delights in expanding all our sense of inner beauty and clarity of spirit. In this chair yoga class, we will work to reclaim lost or reduced movement, reinvigorate ourselves and inspire ourselves to begin the process of regaining balance, strength, and flexibility.
