I am a dance artist/ choreographer, collaborator, teacher, researcher, project manager and facilitator. I have developed my dance practice over three decades and continue to invest in my learning, creativity and growth. I am the Artistic Co-Director of Restless Productions, which is an interdisciplinary project-based company. I have taught in several universities in Europe and Canada and scores of private studios, community centres, stadiums, outdoor arenas, streets, and theatres. I have talked with many dance artists over the years and currently host The Dance Centre podcast where you can hear some of these conversations. I have danced with hundreds of people and for hundreds of people. My research consistently includes social aspects of dancing and choreographing in professional and community settings and my practice is naturally evolving as I work with an increased awareness of the value of creativity in support of well-being.
