Living Your Best: PRT Skills Maintenance and Emotional Management
*For participants who have completed Living Your Best: PRT Foundations Class
Build on your skills and knowledge from the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Foundations Class and stay supported and connected to community. Here we will review the major themes of pain reprocessing including: neuroplastic pain, fear and avoidance, somatic tracking, and continue to celebrate areas of calmness and joy in life. We will also expand our emotional management skills by exploring the emotional patterns that may lead to pain and discomfort (such as anxiety, perfectionism, self criticism) and dive deeper into how to work with these patterns.
Who is this class for? This class is for people who have already taken the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Foundations Class with Jillian Wagg, and who want to continue working on their skills and stay connected with community members. People who have not taken the Pain Reprocessing Foundations Class will be asked to complete that class before joining this one.
The education will build on week to week. Please try to attend every class in order to get the most out of the learning.
Date: Thursdays bi-weekly
