Mindfulness
Does it ever feel like your life is out of control, that your body is all revved up or that you can’t focus well? If so, then the practice of mindfulness may be for you.
Based on Dr Jon Kabat Zinn’s mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) program, this course will systematically introduce to a variety of methods, that are designed, with regular practice, to promote improved well being and peace of mind.
As the course learning is cumulative, if you have missed the first 2 weeks, you are encouraged to register for the following term.
