Word Wellness
Word Wellness will help you access your inherent creativity and practice using writing as a tool for self-care, self-awareness and brain health. Together we do simple writing exercises based on themed content meant to encourage you to build the confidence to maintain your own meaningful and accessible writing practice. Writing without expectations is a fantastic way to cultivate a deeper understanding and relationship with yourself, and when you do it in community it also cultivates meaningful connections with others. In the safety of each week’s group, everyone’s ideas and expressions are welcome, no matter where you are in your personal, creative or wellness journey.
Note: This workshop is not a traditional creative writing class focused on teaching the technical skills of writing. Its intention is to help you cultivate writing as a tool to maintain a fruitful relationship with yourself, your creativity and your inner world. See you there!
