Instructor - Jean Ward

Hi! My name is Jean Ward, CPCC, ACC, RTT, C. Hyp.,  of “Your Coach for Change.” I believe in the power of successful connections and the importance they play in your life. I have been helping individuals with relationships for most of my life from being a wife of 34 years, a mother of 6, and being a teacher for over 25 years.

Now as a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Rapid Transformation Therapist, I give you the tools for personal empowerment. I am also, a passionate Gottman Relationship Leader that assists others in learning principles that will turn struggling relationships into strong and vibrant ones, starting with the most important one you’ll ever have in your life which is the one you have with yourself.  Our work together will consist of the healing power of self care which empowers you to discover you inner and outer beauty and be as fierce in loving yourself with acceptance, compassion, empathy, as you love others.

My warmth and wisdom, provide an invitation for you to quickly feel safe and vulnerable with me. I have a deep desire to have you see your brilliance and bring it out enabling you to live your life in alignment and fulfillment. Together we learn to slow down, do less and be more, through listening to our bodies to hear the inner wisdom from our higher selves that has always been there.
