We all know that healthy eating, exercise, and mindfulness are important but what kind of positive impact is there when all three of these interventions are combined? Join our special guests and BC Brain Wellness Program team members Amanda Cammalleri and Cheyanne Head on Wednesday, February 16th, at 12pm. Together we will explore how these lifestyle practices can support brain wellness, and learn more about a new and exciting research project focusing on a multimodal intervention.
