Stephanie Chan has been a senior living advisor for the last 17 years. She is passionate about helping seniors and their family caregivers find and implement solutions to maximize the senior’s quality of life and reduce caregiver stress. Stephanie owns two businesses that offer a range of services to help families in their aging and caregiving journeys. Her first business, Home to Home, helps families with care planning, healthcare navigation, and transitions. Her second business, myCareBase, helps families find pre-screened caregivers for hire, to help a senior loved one age-in-place in the home of their choice. In her personal time, Stephanie is a dog-lover and also enjoys volunteering in the community. She has been on several non-profit boards over the last 20 years, including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Museum of Vancouver and Goh Ballet. She is currently a board member of Flavours of Hope, a non-profit that helps newcomer women to Canada launch food-based businesses.
