Sharon Roman is a writer for the British Medical Journal (BMJ) group and writes Tremlett's MS Research Explained, translating Prof. Tremlett’s groups’ MS research findings into plain language. She is a member of the Patient Advisory Board for the Canadian Medical Association Journal (CMAJ). She also served a full term on the Patient Editorial Board for the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry (JNNP) from 2018-2020, and is a past MS Society of Canada webinar host. A long-time participant, Roman enjoys the sense of community, inclusivity, and accessibility the Brain Wellness Program offers.
