Care Partner Workshop (Sep 12): Boundary Practice

When caring for others, it's especially important to learn how be a good steward of our own energy. Boundaries make caring sustainable, and protect us from the compassion fatigue and burnout so common to caring roles. Boundary practice encourages us to consider our own relational needs, how we may be meeting or neglecting them while meeting the needs of others, and to make adjustments that ease feelings of guilt and resentment over time. In this session, participants will learn about boundary patterns and skills that make it easier to stay connected to ourselves while providing connection and care for others.
