Care Partner Workshop (Oct 3): Dealing with Ambiguous Loss
How do you deal with the emotions that accompany something that almost defies explanation? Ambiguous loss has be explained as a loss experience without closure or a loss when there is physical presence but psychological absence.
Writing and working through the expressive arts (drawing, movement, music etc.) is one way to allow yourself to be with the emotions which may accompany unclear and confusing circumstances in your life. No experience necessary. Only the willingness to try.
