BCBWP End of Year Message and 2023/2024 Annual Report

As another year ends, I look back and am inspired by the hard work, creativity and community building that I see from you, our amazing participants and from all the instructors, students, and staff at the BC Brain Wellness Program.

Since its inception, the BCBWP has been steadfast in its mission to support the over 1 million British Columbians living with chronic brain conditions. In a healthcare landscape where long-term wellness programs are often insufficient or inaccessible, the BCBWP provides a vital resource. As we look ahead, our focus is on securing long-term partnerships to sustain and expand the program. By doing so, we aim to increase access for participants and enhance educational opportunities for students, ensuring the BCBWP continues to make a lasting impact on brain health and well-being for years to come.

I hope you will take some time over the holidays to read the BCBWP 2023/24 Annual Report and recognize your important contribution towards Brain Wellness, Beyond All Boundaries. Thank you for believing in our program and for inspiring us to explore new paths and partnerships toward achieving brain wellness for all.

I wish you happy holidays and a peaceful and healthy new year.

Sincerely,

Silke
