Functional Strength
Full-body, moderate intensity exercise aimed at increasing overall strength. Light weights (i.e. 2 & 5lbs) and/or resistance bands can be used but are not required.
Note: The Monday class has a heavier focus on floorwork and a longer stretch component.

About the Instructor
Meg Todd has been teaching fitness classes for over thirty years. She started in aquatic fitness, and now focuses primarily on strength training for all ages and abilities. Her particular interests are posture, whole body movement, accessibility for all, and fitness as a means to aging well.
