Therapeutic Art Group: A Journey of Self-Expression and Reflection
Are you looking to carve out time for creative expression? In this group, the therapist will invite participants to explore what makes you, you, using art as a tool for reflection and communication. In the virtual space, vulnerability is embraced, and whatever arises in the process will be held with care—this is about the art making journey, not the final product.
Through art, you'll have the opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and create. All materials are welcome—whether it's pencils, paints, clay, fabric, old book, magazines, sticks, or even dirt. Anything can become an art material and part of your process!
