Care Partner Workshop (Jan 23): Finding your Calm - Emotional Plasticity and Resiliency
Living with chronic health conditions can place a significant stress on you and your family. Feeling overwhelmed by all the changes is a common experience for care partners. We see you…you are not alone.
Community resources, like this workshop for care partners, are places to share your experience, and build and practice new ways to cope more effectively with living with chronic health conditions.
In this workshop, care partners will learn to explore, connect to and transform their inner (emotional) world. You will learn to build emotional awareness and resiliency, to use relaxation and grounding tools, and to connect with others who are also going through similar life experiences.
